Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Regulations on the federal state supervision in the field of civil defense approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2021 No. 1007 "About federal state supervision in the field of civil defense" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 27, Art. 5394; 2023, No. 35, Art. 6650):

a) Item 15 after the words "acts of control (supervising) actions" to add with words ", acts of holding obligatory preventive visits (further - acts of obligatory preventive visits)";

b) concerning objects of supervision which are referred to categories of significant and average risk obligatory preventive visits with the frequency determined by the Government of the Russian Federation according to Item 3 of part 2 of article 25 of the Federal law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation" are conducted.";
