About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of collection of payment on account of the indemnification caused to highways public of federal importance by the vehicles having the permitted maximum weight over 12 tons approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 14, 2013 No. 504 "About collection of payment on account of the indemnification caused to highways public of federal importance by the vehicles having the permitted maximum weight over 12 tons" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 25, Art. 3165; 2015, No. 46, Art. 6380; 2016, No. 17, Art. 2406; No. 47, Art. 6660; 2017, No. 27, Art. 4036; 2019, No. 32, Art. 4724).
2. Paragraphs of the third and seventh of changes which are made to Rules of collection of payment on account of the indemnification caused to highways public of federal importance by the vehicles having the permitted maximum weight over 12 tons, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 20, 2017 No. 731 "About modification of Rules of collection of payment on account of the indemnification caused to highways public of federal importance by the vehicles having the permitted maximum weight over 12 tons" (Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 27, Art. 4036), to recognize invalid.

5. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2025, except for Item 3 of this resolution which becomes effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.
