Competition is held by the operator of the airport (airfield) by open method in which it is allowed to participation, including the physical person or legal entity performing business activity, fifty and more percent of voting shares (shares in the authorized capital) which belong to domestic subjects of entrepreneurship, subjects of entrepreneurship rendering goods, works and services of the Kazakhstan origin.
The operator of the airport (airfield) determines for domestic subjects of entrepreneurship, including to subjects of entrepreneurship at least 50 (fifty) percent of the area rendering goods, works and services of the Kazakhstan origin for provision of services which are not relating to airport activities in the controlled area of the airport and zone of general access in the international and internal terminals.
