About modification of the Section II of the Procedure for creation of customs control zones

According to part three of Article 330 of Chapter 48 of the Section XI of the Customs code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine of August 22, 2024 3926-IX "About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning implementation of some provisions of the Customs code of the European Union", the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Make to the section II of the Procedure for the creation of customs control zones approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 22, 2012 No. 583, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 01, 2012 at No. 879/21191, the following changes:

Item 2.2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2.2. Permanent ZMK are created in places where customs formalities concerning goods and vehicles of commercial appointment which are subject to customs control are carried out by officials of customs authorities on permanent basis or where there are goods which are under customs control:

in certain places of check points (control Items) through frontier of Ukraine;

in the territories and in premises of customs, customs posts, including in warehouses of customs authorities which belong to them or are used by them;

on objects of the companies which got permissions to operate of free customs zone, duty-free shop on condition of observance by them of requirements for providing the mode of the customs control zone and implementation of customs control in full;
