1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 24, 2019 No. 457 "About approval of Rules of subsidizing of coupon remuneration on bonds" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 19753) the following changes:

in the Rules of subsidizing of coupon remuneration on bonds approved by the specified order:

2) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"2) the operator on the grain market - the national company in the field of agro-industrial complex participating in ensuring food security by means of implementation of stabilization function in the grain market and powers on management of reserve stock of grain and fodder fund;";

"23. The working body in 10 (ten) working days prior to start date of coupon payments for bonded loan, transfers payment into the bank account of the issuer who is the operator on the grain market, subsidized part of coupon remuneration according to the signed agreement.

At the same time, transfer of subsidies on the coupon remuneration charged on bonds of operator on the grain market in reporting year is performed no later than January 30 of accounting year by advance payment on the bank account of the issuer within the means provided in the budget for the corresponding financial year.

In case of payment by the issuer, including being the operator on the grain market, coupon remuneration on bonds at the expense of own means, the working body compensates to the issuer earlier paid part of coupon remuneration on bonds by transfer of the amount of subsidized part of coupon remuneration to the bank account of the issuer.
