About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2022 No. 9

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2022 No. 9 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures in the field of protection of atmospheric air" the following changes:

to add Item 1 after the paragraph of the sixth with the paragraph of the following content:

"The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 6.21.4 "Receipt of the duplicate of the conclusion about approval of the inventory report of emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air" (are attached);";

item 4 of Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 6.21.1 "Receipt of the permission to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air" approved by this resolution to add with part of the following content:

"Privileges by the amount of the payment levied when implementing ministerial procedure are established by subitem 2.7 of Item 2 of article 286 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus.";
