According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About consumer crediting", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. No. 85 "About ensuring implementation of powers and accomplishment of functions on state regulation and supervision in the field of the markets of financial services in questions of supervision of activities of participants of the markets of financial services" (with changes) to exclude Item 29 of appendix to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 25, 2020.

2. Declare invalid the order of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, of June 27, 2017 No. 2864 "About approval of Requirements to credit intermediaries and to their activities in the field of consumer crediting in the market of non-bank financial institutions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2017 at No. 1119/30987.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
