About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2022 No. 713

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2022 No. 713 "About system of price regulation" the following changes:
the paragraph one of part one of Item 2 after the words "except for" to add with words "the goods specified in Items 1-10, 17-27 and 48-58 of appendix 1, and also";
add the resolution with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. Selling prices on the consumer goods made in the Republic of Belarus specified in Items 1-10, 17-27 and 48-58 of appendix 1, and also the prices of milk-raw materials, the pigs, cattle delivered for conversion (except for implementation of public catering), increase in coordination with the Commission on questions of state regulation of pricing under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Commission), except as specified, provided in subitems 3.1-3.8 of Item 3 of this resolution.
Approval of price increase, specified in part one of this Item, is performed by the Commission:
on the consumer goods specified in Items 1-10, 17-27 and 48-58 of appendix 1, - based on appeals of state bodies (organizations) specified in Item 2 of this resolution;
on milk-raw materials, the pigs, cattle delivered for conversion (except for implementation of public catering), - based on appeals of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.";
to add part one of subitem 3.9 of Item 3 after the words "consumer goods" with words ", except for the consumer goods specified in Items 1-10, 17-27 and 48-58 of appendix 1,";
in part three of item 4 of the word "The Commissions on Questions of State Regulation of Pricing under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word of "Commission";
