1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 19, 2022 No. 581 "Some questions of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

add with subitem 18-2) of the following content:
"18-2) development and approval of rules of selection and training of leaders of changes in education;";
add with subitem 235-40) of the following content:
"235-40) participations in forming of state policy and taking measures to counteraction to shadow economy in the field of preschool, secondary, technical and professional, postsecondary education, additional education, protection of the rights of children;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
