About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 22, 2023 No. 551 and of September 30, 2024 No. 719
Based on subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of Article 12 and Item 2 of article 44 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2022 "About insolvency settlement" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 227-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
The regulations on procedure for certification and recertification of physical persons on the compliance to the vocational requirements imposed to the interim (anti-recessionary) manager approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 22, 2023 No. 551, to be reworded as follows (are applied);
in paragraph three of subitem 1.23 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2024 No. 719 "About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the words "in paragraphs the second and fourth Item 20, paragraph the sixth Item 21 and Item 28" shall be replaced with words "in Item 1, the paragraph the second Item 20 and the paragraph the seventh Item 21 parts one".
2. The certificates of interim (anti-recessionary) managers issued before entry into force of this resolution are effective before the expiration of terms for which they were issued (are prolonged).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
