About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719 "About confirmation of production of the Russian industrial output" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 30, Art. 4597; 2016, No. 33, Art. 5180; 2017, No. 21, Art. 3003; No. 40, Art. 5843; 2022, No. 15, Art. 2474; 2024, No. 28, Art. 4023; 2025, No. 32, Art. 4944).

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719

1. In Item 1:

a) add subitems "b" and "v" with words ", except for the industrial output provided by the Section VIII of appendix to this resolution";

b) add with the subitem "d" of the following content:

"e) availability of the document containing data on the stages of engineering procedure of production of medicine for medical application performed in the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation which contains data on accomplishment of the engineering procedures provided by the Section VIII of appendix to this resolution in the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, concerning the industrial output provided by the Section VIII of appendix to this resolution.".

2. Add with Item 1 (7) the following content:

"1(7). The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation methodical recommendations about assessment of engineering procedures of production of medicines for medical application for the purpose of realization of provisions of this resolution affirm.".
