(d) creating favorable conditions for agricultural organizations by implementation about 100 types of digital services and services, in particular rendering services by means of robotics, pilotless lethal devices (further - drones) and other "smart" equipment;

(e) ensuring conveniences when implementing payments for the services rendered in the field of, online provision of information on soft credits and turnover of money;
