2. Rename Public institution "Drinking water supply and water disposal" under Service of water resources under the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic into Development department of drinking water supply and water disposal under the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Transfer Public institution "Control of capital construction of subjects to drinking water supply and water disposal" under Service of water resources under the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic in maintaining Development department of drinking water supply and water disposal under the Ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic with the corresponding functions, the number of staff, financial and material resources.
