About the organizations of employers

This Law determines legal, social, economic, organizational basis of creation and functioning of the organizations of employers, forms and the directions them activities, and also the principles of their government relations and local government bodies, labor unions, their associations, other associations of citizens.

The law is directed to increase in role of the organizations of employers and their associations in the social and labor relations and on realization of economic policy in the state, enhancement of system of social partnership.

Section I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1. Determination of terms

For the purposes of this Law the terms below are used in the following value:

the employer - the owner of the company, organization, organization irrespective of pattern of ownership, type of activity and industry accessory or the body authorized by it or physical person which according to the legislation uses wage labor;

the organization of employers - the public non-profitable organization combining employers on the principles of voluntariness and equality for the purpose of representation and protection of their rights and interests;

merging of the organizations of employers - the non-profitable organization of employers combining the organizations of employers on the principles of voluntariness and equality for the purpose of representation and protection of the rights and interests of the organizations of employers and employers;

social partnership - system of the collective relations between hired employees, employers, the executive authority who act as the parties of social partnership in the course of realization of their social and economic rights and interests;
