About introduction of amendments to the Agreement on procedure for investigation of the labor accidents which happened to workers in case of stay them out of the state of accommodation of December 9, 1994

The governments of the State Parties of the Agreement on procedure for investigation of the labor accidents which happened to workers in case of stay them out of the state of accommodation, of December 9, 1994 (further – the Agreement), hereinafter referred to as with the Parties, according to article 12 of the Agreement

Agreed as follows:

Article 1

Make the following changes to the Agreement:

1. State Article 2 in the following edition:

"The terms applied in this agreement have the following values:

"labor accident" (further – accident) – event as a result of which the worker sustained bodily harms (injuries) including put with other person; heatstroke; burn; frostbite; drowning; defeat by electric current, lightning, radiation; the stings and other bodily harms put with animals or insects, other representatives of flora and fauna; damages owing to explosions, accidents, destructions of buildings, constructions and designs, natural disasters (earthquakes, landslides, floods, hurricanes, the fires and another) and other force majeure; sharp damages of health (poisoning) (the sharp alcoholic, narcotic or other toxic poisonings of workers which are not connected with violations of engineering procedure where the specified substances are used); other damages of health caused by impact of external factors, which entailed need of transfer of the worker for other work, temporary or permanent loss of working capacity by it or the death of the worker if the specified events took place in case of execution of labor obligations by it, and also when implementing other lawful actions caused by employment relationships with the employer or made in its interests;

"worker" – the citizen of the Party who is temporarily in the territory of other Party in official journey;
