About measures for further acceleration of implementation of digital technologies in regions, spheres and industries of the republic

According to Strategy "Digital Uzbekistan - 2030", and also for the purpose of digital transformation of activities of state bodies and companies of real production sector, expansion of scope of rendering electronic services, further development of digital technologies in regions I decide:

I. Priority directions

1. Determine the priority directions of development of the Digital Government system for 2025-2026:

(a) start of 41 priority projects, bringing share of electronic state services to 70 percent, and also rendering more than 30 types of the state services in махаллях within the Digital Government program;

(b) development of telecommunication infrastructure in regions, including carrying out 66 thousand kilometers of fiber-optic communication lines, putting into operation of 2 284 basic stations, implementation more than 100 information systems;

(c) implementation over 100 types of electronic services for the population and entrepreneurs, including transfer of 10 types of the state services in pro-active and composite forms, the automatic direction of messages to citizens in 19 life situations.

II. Improvement of quality of rendering electronic services to the population in regions

2. Determine that:

(a) since November 1, 2025 the possibility for rendering by mobile operators, commercial banks, payment institutes of paid electronic state services on the Single portal of interactive state services (further - the Single portal) by means of mobile applications with observance of requirements of cyber security is created;

(b) since December 1, 2025 non-state non-profit organizations are allowed to perform in accordance with the established procedure interdepartmental electronic interaction by means of the Interdepartmental integration platform of the Digital Government system;
