1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of regulatory legal acts in the field of the national pension social insurance" of July 23, 2024 No. 411 the following changes:

1) in Regulations on the procedure for the request for appointment and recalculation of pensions, transition from one type of pension to another, and also requests for payment of ritual benefit (on burial) approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 48 of the word "Items 44, 45" shall be replaced with words "Items 45-47";

- in the subitem 2 of Item 51 of the word "triple basic part of pension -" to exclude;

- in the subitem 2 of Item 54 to replace the word "references" with the word "certificates";

2) in the List of the documents necessary for appointment and recalculation of pension, transition from one type of pension to another, and also payment of ritual benefit (on burial) approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. All provided copies of documents according to this List without fail are verified with their originals the bodies granting pension.";
