For the expired short period the Center of Islamic civilization in Uzbekistan, the international research centers of the Imam Bukhari, the Imam Maturidi, the Imam Termizi, the International Islamic academy of Uzbekistan, School of sciences of Hadith in Samarkand, the Highest madrasah the World the Arab in Bukhara are created. These organizations serve providing the healthy spiritual circle in society, to education of youth "Education against ignorance" is modern conceiving and comprehensively worthy great ancestors on the basis of the noble universal idea.

In the present promptly changing difficult conditions the events which are taking place in the world testify to timeliness of the reforms in our country based on the principle "Interests of the person - above all".

In view of the above, for the purpose of realization of the tasks determined by the Concept of providing liberty of conscience of citizens and state policy in the religious sphere in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also consecutive continuation of the noble ideas and initiatives in the religious and educational sphere proceeding from interests of the people I decide:
