Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of compliance with law of the Russian Federation on use of the control and cash equipment, including behind completeness of accounting of revenue in the organizations and at individual entrepreneurs, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 28, 2022 No. 272 "About approval of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of compliance with law of the Russian Federation about use of the control and cash equipment, including behind completeness of accounting of revenue in the organizations and at individual entrepreneurs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 11, the Art. 1680).

1. Add with Item 10 (1) the following content:
"10(1). The regulatory (supervising) authority has the right to place in personal account of controlled person in the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" and (or) through office of the control and cash equipment information on identification of compliance of object of control to the parameters approved by indicators of risk of violation of mandatory requirements or information on variation of object of control from such parameters.".
2. In paragraph three of Item 13 of the word "March 1" shall be replaced with words "on March 20".
