1. The procedure for provision of financial support to needy citizens (families) in the Republic of Tajikistan (further - the Procedure) determines the purposes, conditions and the mechanism of rendering financial support to needy citizens (families) in the Republic of Tajikistan which are in difficult life situation.
2. For the purpose of implementation of this Procedure the term "difficult life situation" is understood as the situation which is objectively breaking normal life activity of the citizen, or the arisen situation which it cannot independently overcome.
3. The financial support determined by this Procedure appears to needy citizens (families), recognized according to the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan needy have the right to the address public assistance and are registered in the register of the address public assistance of authorized state body on rendering the address public assistance.
