About introduction of amendments to the Law "About State Registration of Legal Entities, the State Accounting of Separate Divisions, Organizations and Individual Entrepreneurs of Legal Entities"

Article 1. In Item 22 of Article No. ZR-169 "About state registration of legal entities, separate divisions of legal entities, organizations and individual entrepreneurs" (further - the Law) the words "Commission on Protection of the Competition" shall be replaced with words 3 parts of 1 Law of April 3, 2001 "The commission on protection of the competition and consumer interests".
Article 2. In articles 14 and 44 of the Law of the word "About Protection of the Economic Competition" shall be replaced with words "About protection of the economic competition and consumer interests".
Article 3. This law becomes effective since August 1, 2025.
