About creation of the Almalyk state technical institute

For the purpose of effective use of the available resources of the highest educational organizations, implementations of the latest pedagogical technologies in educational process, raisings on new level of training of highly qualified personnel on the basis of the best foreign practices, and also strengthening of material and technical resources of the highest educational organizations in the Tashkent region I decide:

I. Purpose

1. Determine main objective of this resolution satisfaction of need for the personnel with the higher education having modern knowledge and skills, industries and spheres of economy of the Tashkent region, in particular engineering, metallurgy, production, mining.

II. Enhancement of system of training for the sphere of engineering in the Tashkent region

2. Create the Almalyk state technical institute (further - Institute) based on the Almalyk branch of the Tashkent state technical university.

3. Approve:

(a) The main activities of the Almalyk state technical institute according to appendix No. 1 *;

(b) Practical measures on the organizations of activities of the Almalyk state technical institute performed by the Ministry of the higher education, science and innovations according to appendix No. 2*.

4. Determine that:

(a) The institute is the state highest educational organization and performs activities in system of the Ministry of the higher education, science and innovations;

(b) all students studying in the Almalyk branch of the Tashkent state technical university will continue training at Institute, the diploma of Institute is in accordance with the established procedure issued to graduates from 2025/2026 academic years;

(c) The institute is legal successor by the rights and obligations, including the signed agreements of the Almalyk branch of the Tashkent state technical university;
