About measures for raising on the new level of system of out-of-school education

For the purpose of the informative and effective organization of free time of children, their intellectual development and education in the spirit of commitment to the Homeland, respect of history and national culture by cardinal review of activities, development of the out-of-school educational organizations on the basis of modern approaches I decide:

I. Main objectives

1. Determine main objectives of development of system of out-of-school education:

(a) disclosure of scientific, technical, creative and sports potential of children by means of forming at pupils of interest in modern and demanded professions, and also implementation of the interactive educational circle;

(b) projects implementation, the leader capabilities aimed at the development, personal qualities of children, strengthening of knowledge of pupils of history, forming of feelings of patriotism, respect of cultural heritage and national values;

(c) enhancement of system of out-of-school education on the basis of modern requirements, implementation of effective mechanisms of attraction to the sphere of qualified specialists and private sector;

(d) support of professional development of personnel and enhancement of management of the sphere, development of material and technical resources of the out-of-school educational organizations according to international standards and modern pedagogical technologies.

II. Creation of effective system of the Kelazhak centers

2. For the purpose of cardinal enhancement of activities of the out-of-school educational organizations to create:

(a) The republican center "Kelazhak" based on Republican children's school "Barkamol Avlod" and the Republican center of the studying youth in system of the Ministry of preschool and school education;
