I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 30, 2025 No. 272 "About approval of Rules of budget implementation and its cash servicing for 2025 financial year" the following changes:

in the Rules of budget implementation and its cash servicing for 2025 financial year approved by the specified order:

state Item 181 in the following edition:

"181. The public institution signs the agreement and/or the supplementary agreement within one budget program within individual funding plan for obligations, except as specified:

1) assignment from reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan or local executive body of area, area (city of regional value);

2) changes of source of financing according to civil transactions within projects implementation, earlier financed by fund of support of infrastructure of education and/or Special state fund. At the same time, supplementary agreements according to civil transactions within projects implementation, earlier financed by fund of support of infrastructure of education and/or Special state fund without registration of the basic agreement are subject to registration in bodies of the State Treasury.

The explanatory note according to Item 207 of these rules in which in addition is attached to the request for registration of the supplementary agreement the amount of the paid agreement obligations, earlier financed by fund of support of infrastructure of education and/or Special state fund is specified.

In case of assignment from Special state fund within projects implementation, the republican and/or local budgets which are earlier financed at the expense of means, the supplementary agreement is signed without registration in bodies of the State Treasury.
