For the purpose of ensuring execution of Strategy "Uzbekistan - 2030", and also consecutive continuation of the reforms directed to elimination of excessive bureaucratic barriers, the complicated procedures and obsolete approaches in public administration, raising on the new level of rendering the state services, I decide:

I. Purposes

1. Determine main objectives of adoption of this Decree:

(a) finishing till 2028 the number of the services provided by means of the Single portal of interactive state services and the centers of the state services to 900;

(b) increase in number of pro-active state services up to 53 and composite state services to 74;

(c) economy in year of 47 billion sum of means of the population and reducing administrative expenses on 80 billion sum by reducing bureaucratic procedures, digitalization of the state services, implementation of technologies of artificial intelligence to the sphere;

(d) economy of administrative expenses in the amount of 49 billion sum by step-by-step providing self-government institutions of citizens and places of accumulation of the population with 1 100 interactive booths.

II. Reducing number of the documents required when rendering the state services, simplification and acceleration of processes

2. By means of implementation of interdepartmental information exchange to cancel since December 1, 2025:

(a) reclamation in case of registration of scrap by bodies of the REGISTRY OFFICE at persons marrying representations of results of medical examination;

(b) reclamation of the REGISTRY OFFICE by bodies in case of divorce based on the judgment from persons whose marriage is dissolved, the judgments for forming of record of the act of annulment of marriage. At the same time:
