I. Purposes

1. Determine main objectives of adoption of this resolution:

(a) increase in efficiency of rendering the specialized neurologic help to the population;

(b) strengthening of material and technical resources of medical and educational institutions of the sphere, and also equipment by their modern medical and diagnostic equipment;

(c) development in the republic of system of medical rehabilitation.

II. Financial resources and organizational matters

2. Take into consideration that:

(a) on January 20, 2025 between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Japanese agency of international cooperation (further - JICA) the loan agreement on financing of the "Creation of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Neurology and Stroke" project (further - the Project) in the amount of in total 22 billion 953 million Japanese yens (in equivalent of 150 million US dollars) for the term of 40 years, including grace period of 10 years, providing is signed:

(i) allocation of loan for financing of the credits in the amount of 20 billion 999 million Japanese yens at the annual interest rate 0,5 rate for the term of 40 years, including grace period of 10 years;

(ii) allocation of loan on consulting services in the amount of 1 billion 954 million Japanese yens at the annual interest rate 0,4 rate for the term of 40 years, including grace period of 10 years;

(iii) the amount of interest rates during project implementation - 2 billion 443 million Japanese yens;
