About additional measures for further enhancement of mechanisms of eradication of corruption factors in land relations

I. Purposes

1. Determine main objectives of adoption of this resolution:

(a) adjustment of system of effective use of the parcels of land, the prevention of plunder of lands, especially lands of agricultural purpose, acceleration of processes of digitalization in the field of way of widespread introduction of information technologies to these processes;

(b) implementation by broad use of digital technologies of single system of control and further strengthening of interaction of competent authorities in the direction of the prevention of unauthorized capture of the parcels of land, constructions on such lands of illegal constructions;

(c) enhancement of mechanisms of effective use of lands, preventions of their unauthorized capture.

II. New procedures

2. Take into consideration that:

(a) the state land control is exercised by Inspectorate for control of agro-industrial complex under the Cabinet of Ministers (further - Uzagroinspektion), the Agency according to the inventory under the Ministry of Economics and finance (further - the Agency according to the inventory), the Ministry of ecology, environmental protection and climate change (further - the Ministry of ecology), the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services (further - the Ministry of construction), Inspectorate for control in the field of construction and housing and communal services (further - special representatives state bodies);
