1. Approve the Disciplinary charter of Customs Service of Ukraine it (is applied).
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Regulation of legal status of the government employees working in customs authorities is performed taking into account requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About public service".

The office discipline in Customs Service of Ukraine (daleesluzhebny discipline) consists in unconditional execution by officials of Customs Service of service duties, and also in realization of the rights and observance of the restrictions and prohibitions established by the legislation concerning service in customs authorities and is based on the personal liability for the charged case and on the principles of one-man management and centralization of management.
