About organizations of education

For the purpose of enhancement of system of training for law-enforcement bodies I decide:

1. Create organization of education "College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus" (further - College) based on the organization of education "Center of preparation, advanced training and retraining of personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus" reorganized by transformation.

2. Determine that:

The college is a part of the system of law-enforcement bodies and submits to the Ministry of Internal Affairs;

The college is headed by the chief appointed to position and dismissed by the Minister of Internal Affairs;

reorganization of organization of education "The center of preparation, advanced training and retraining of personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus" according to Item 1 of this Decree is not the basis for dismissal of staff of law-enforcement bodies in connection with holding organizational and regular actions which positions are reduced in connection with transfer of the corresponding number to College, and which thereof are subject to transfer on service in College;

financing of College is performed at the expense of the means of the republican budget which are annually provided to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and also other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.

Financing of College in year of reorganization is performed due to funds redistribution on functional classification of the expenses provided to the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the republican budget and also other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.
