About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2005 No. 772 "About types of the goods relating to groups of goods":
in preamble of the word "According to the Decree" shall be replaced with words "In pursuance of paragraph two of Item 8 of the Decree";
to be reworded as follows appendix to this resolution it (is applied);
1.2. in Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 2022 No. 664 "About determination of authorized organizations":
after part two to add Item with part of the following content:
"Determine the organizations authorized on implementation of payment of share of the Republic of Belarus in the authorized capital of the Eurasian reinsurance company in 2025:
The Belarusian republican unitary enterprise of export-import insurance "Beleksimgarant" – in the amount of 675 000 000 Russian rubles;
The Belarusian republican unitary insurance enterprise Belgosstrakh – in the amount of 506 250 000 Russian rubles;
the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian National Reinsurance Organization" – in the amount of 506 250 000 Russian rubles.";
in word part three "parts one and the second" shall be replaced with words "parts of first or third";
1.3. to exclude Items 5 and 10 of the Regulations on procedure for restriction (renewal) for the access to Internet resource, information systems and resources approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2024 No. 454,.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
