1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for carrying out currency exchange transactions approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of May 28, 2021 No. 141, the following changes:
state Item 17 in the following edition:
"17. The bank when carrying out currency exchange transaction with cash without use of the payment instrument in exchange point, cash desk, the payment and settlement terminal issues to physical person the paper document confirming carrying out currency exchange transaction.
The document specified in part one of this Item shall contain the following information:
date and time of carrying out currency exchange transaction;
bank name;
the name and (or) number of bank branch if exchange point, cash desk are opened by bank branch;
venue of currency exchange transaction (exchange point, cash desk, payment and settlement terminal);
