in the Rules of accounting of heat energy and the heat carrier approved by the specified order:

be reworded as follows Item 6:
"6. Metering devices of heat energy are designed and mounted with devices transfer of indications in the automatic mode on the server of the subject of heat supply with further data transmission in information system of authorized body.";
add with Chapter 5 of the following content:
"Chapter 5. Procedure for equipment by metering devices and ensuring their functioning";
