Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 28, 2022 No. 980 "About some questions of licensing of activities for procurement, storage, conversion and realization of scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and also the handling of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their alienation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 23, the Art. 3808).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 28, 2022 No. 980

1. In Regulations on the licensing of activities for procurement, storage, conversion and realization of scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals approved by the specified resolution:

a) in Item 2 of the word "executive bodies" shall be replaced with words "executive bodies";

b) to add the subitem "v" of Item 8 with words ", in case of their absence in the federal information system "The Federal Register of Data on Education Documents and (or) about Qualification, Documents on Training";
