About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2011 No. 924/16

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2011 No. 924/16 "About use of cash and other equipment in case of acceptance of instruments of payment" the following changes:
in Item 2:
add Item with subitems 2.4-2.4-2 of the following content:
"2.4. The legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing sales of goods, included in the inventory, subject to marking by means of identification (further - the goods which are subject to marking), in the territory of the rural zone * or in the shopping facility with the floor space less than 200 square meters, till March 1, 2029 have the right not to provide:
information transfer, specified in part five of Item 1 of the Regulations on use of the cash and other equipment in case of acceptance of instruments of payment approved by this resolution concerning such goods;
fulfillment of requirements, the instruments of payment specified in part one of Item 10-1 of the Regulations on use of cash and other equipment in case of acceptance, in case of sale of such goods;
