About approval of the Program of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic for development of master plans of settlements of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026-2030
For the purpose of full providing the Kyrgyz Republic with master plans of settlements, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
1) the Program of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic for development of master plans of settlements of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026-2030 (further - the Program) according to appendix 1;
2) the List of the settlements of the Kyrgyz Republic requiring development of master plans according to appendix 2.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:
1) to provide money in the amount of at least 480000000 (four hundred eighty million) som on development of master plans of settlements in case of project development of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026 and planning period of 2027-2028";
2) annually to find and allocate in 2027-2030 money at least on 480000000 (four hundred eighty million) som to local government bodies for development of master plans of settlements of the Kyrgyz Republic and topographical bases for master plans.
3. Recommend to representative and executive bodies of local self-government of the Kyrgyz Republic to act as customers of works on development of master plans of the respective settlements, provide in annual plans of budgets of means for development of master plans according to Item 7 of article 51 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About local public administration and local government bodies".
4. To the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Kyrgyz Republic:
