Article 1

Chapter 2 to add 1) with Article 20.1 of the following content:

"Article 20.1. Advertizing on space objects

1. Advertizing on space objects is performed based on the agreement signed by the advertiser with the owner of space object, person owning space object on the right of economic maintaining or operational management, public authorities, the organization performing the rights of the owner of space objects on behalf of the Russian Federation or persons authorized by them.

2. The conclusion of the contract for advertizing on the space objects which are in federal property is performed according to the requirements to the conclusion of agreements concerning state-owned property established by the antitrust law.

3. The advertizing placed on space object shall not create safety hazard of space activities.";
