About persons which arrived to the Republic of Belarus
According to article 79 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus and for the purpose of preserving and development of the friendly relations between the Republic of Belarus and Ukraine, and also assistance to the persons who arrived from Ukraine and appeared in difficult life situation:
1.1. the citizens of Ukraine and persons without citizenship who were living in the territory of Ukraine, arrived to the Republic of Belarus for receipt of permissions to temporary or permanent residence (further, unless otherwise specified, - citizens of Ukraine), are exempted from:
the state fee once for registration of temporary stay in the Republic of Belarus, issue of permission to temporary residence in the Republic of Belarus (further - permission to temporary residence) or consideration of the application about issue of permission to permanent residence in the Republic of Belarus (further - permission to permanent residence), issue of the biometric residence permit in the Republic of Belarus the foreign citizen or the biometric residence permit in the Republic of Belarus stateless persons (further - the biometric residence permit);
submissions of the documents necessary for decision making about issue to citizens of Ukraine permissions to temporary residence, permissions to permanent residence, the biometric residence permit, and also for the solution of the questions connected with nationality of the Republic of Belarus in case of lack of objective opportunity to submit such documents;
passings of the procedure of recognition of the education documents issued in foreign states;
1.2. the citizens of Ukraine and stateless persons which arrived to the Republic of Belarus and not having permissions to temporary residence or permissions to permanent residence have the right to available medical attendance on an equal basis with citizens of the Republic of Belarus;
1.3. the employers of the Republic of Belarus attracting citizens of Ukraine to implementation of labor activity in the Republic of Belarus:
