About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for further enhancement of digital transformation in the field of public administration" of March 17, 2025 No. 91

For the purpose of creation of conditions for enhancement of digital transformation of public administration, ensuring the competition in the field of rendering services in development, upgrade and further maintenance of information systems of state bodies, local government bodies, being guided by Articles 66, 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for further enhancement of digital transformation in the field of public administration" of March 17, 2025 No. 91 the following change:

- state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to create Tunduk open joint stock company (further - JSC Tunduk) with 100 percent participation of the state in its authorized capital;

To assign 2) to JSC Tunduk accomplishment of tasks and functions of the following organizations:

- public institution Tunduk under the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- public institution "Center of digital education" under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- public institution "Center of digitalization of social protection" under the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Center of Electronic Health Care organization under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, except for functions on maintaining the medical statistical reporting and implementation of information systems of health care;

- organization on information technologies "Adilet of Cells" under Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic;
