About modification of the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 25, 2012 No. 1283
According to Item of 1 part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 25, 2012 No. 1283 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for creation and submission of administrative data on activities of dealers in securities to the National commission on securities and the stock market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 16, 2012 at No. 1737/22049, the following changes:
1) in heading of the word "submission of administrative data on activities of dealers in securities" shall be replaced with words "submission of reporting data on activities of investment firms";
2) in word preamble: "According to Item 10 parts two of Article 7 and Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "according to Item 5 parts one of Article 1 and Item of 1 part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets"";
3) in Item 1 of the word "submission of administrative data on activities of dealers in securities" shall be replaced with words "submission of reporting data on activities of investment firms";
