About modification and amendments in the Law "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on July 3, 2025
Article 1. In all text of the law of May 5, 1998 No. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" (further - the Law) words of "the commission on protection of the competition" shall be replaced with words "the commissions on protection of the competition and consumer interests".
Article 2. In all text of the Law of the word "About Protection of the Economic Competition" shall be replaced with words "About protection of the economic competition and consumer interests".
Article 3. Article 4 of the Law before the words "about demolition" to add with words "The statement for the direction of the decision on application of provisional measure made by the Commission on protection of the competition and consumer interests, to forced execution according to the procedure, provided by the Law "About the Economic Competition and Protection of Consumer Interests".
Article 4. This law becomes effective since August 1, 2025.
