Based on Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 13, 2023 "About taking measures in the field of pricing" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 171

1. Enter regulation:

goods prices, made (imported) and (or) realized in the territory of the Republic of Belarus by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, according to appendix (further – goods);

rates for works (services) in burial performed (rendered) in the territory of the Republic of Belarus legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (further – works (service) in burial), the services in burial except for guaranteed;

prices for products, intended for food of students in Suvorov Military Schools (further – Suvorov Military School students), cadets, and also the students studying in military forming and paramilitary organizations (further – students), in cases when in case of the conclusion of contracts for catering services food of the specified categories of students is provided.

2. Operation of this resolution extends on legal entities and the individual entrepreneurs selling products specified in paragraph four of Item 1 of this resolution under catering services of Suvorov Military School students, cadets, and also students within the signed contracts for catering services of the specified categories of students (further – subjects of food).

3. Determine that:

3.1. limiting maximum allowances of importers, limiting maximum wholesale allowances, trade allowances (taking into account the wholesale allowance) on goods are applied in the values specified in appendix;

3.2. the limiting maximum standard rate of profitability used for determination of the amount of the profit which is subject to inclusion in selling prices of producers on goods and in rates for works (services) in burial constitutes 50 percent;

3.3. the cost of raw materials and the materials used when rendering works (services) in burial joins in rate for work (service) in burial at the price of their acquisition and actually incurred expenses on delivery;
