Article 1. Bring in article 24-2 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About non-governmental organizations (public associations and funds)" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 10, Article 710 (volume I); 2024, No. 2, Article 138) following changes:
1.1. Add Article 24-2.1 with the third offer of the following content:
"Banking activities and other transactions under the agreement of rendering services or performance of works at the expense of the unregistered foreign financial sources cannot be performed.";
1.2. In Article 24-2.2 after the word "are not received" to add with the words "on rendering services or performance of works at the expense of foreign financial sources", and after the word of "contractor" to add with the words "or to obtaining with respect thereto financial resources and (or) other material resources".
Article 2. From article 12.3 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fight against legalization of the property received in the criminal way, and terrorism financing" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2023, No. 1, Article 37 (volume I); The Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 11, 2025 No. 175-VIIGD) to exclude the words "in case of receipt of grants and donations, and also by their provision", and in this Article of the word "grants and donations" shall be replaced with words "sources of forming of property in cash or other form".
