About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state real estate register"

Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state real estate register" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2004, No. 8, Article 603 (volume I); 2025, No. 1, Article 16, No. 2, Article 100; The Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 3, 2025 No. 209-VIIGD):

1. Add with Article 9.2-1 of the following content:

"9.2-1. In case of discrepancy of the documents submitted for state registration of the rights, category (purpose) of the parcel of land to the data which are stored in the state land cadastre, officials of registering body within 15 working days perform by the analysis of documents of land management. If by results of check reliability of the data specified in the submitted documents proves to be true, the rights to property are subject to state registration and corresponding changes are made to the state land cadastre".

2. At the end of Item 15.1.6 to replace point with semicolon and to add with Article 15.1.7 of the following content:

"15.1.7. if as a result of check, the stipulated in Article 9.2-1 this Law, unauthenticity of the data specified in documents is confirmed".
