Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of November 16, 2021 No. 122-133) the following change:
to add part 7 of Article 502 with Item 3 following of content:
"3) Akyykatchy (Ombudsman) of the Kyrgyz Republic, his deputies, and also the Apparata Akyykatchy (Ombudsman's) employees of the Kyrgyz Republic authorized by it - about the circumstances which became to them known in connection with execution of the powers.".
Bring in the Penitentiary code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, No. 1 (2), the Art. 17) the following changes:
in Article 43:
a) to declare item 4 of part 1 invalid;
