For the purpose of streamlining of questions of movement of the vehicles which underwent the procedure of legalization according to the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for legalization of vehicles" of December 31, 2024 No. 398, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish:

Will lock 1) concerning the vehicles which underwent the procedure of legalization and having the state registration registration plates of the Kyrgyz Republic with the 10 code in the graph the region:

- on alienation;

- on export out of limits of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- on transfer of the right of management to other person, except the cases determined by the subitem 2 presents of Item;

2) that limited transfer of the right of vehicle control in the following cases is allowed:

- to members of the family of the owner of the vehicle (the spouse/spouse, one of children) - in case of the death of the owner of the vehicle and transition of right to use by the vehicle according to the procedure of inheritance in case of presentation of supporting documents (the death certificate, the certificate on inheritance, the certificate on marriage, the certificate of birth of one of children);

- to members of the family of the owner of the vehicle (the spouse/spouse, one of children) or person designated by the guardian/custodian - in case of recognition of the owner of the vehicle incapacitated or it is limited capable based on the relevant decision of court in case of presentation of supporting documents (the judgment about establishment of guardianship/guardianship, the certificate on marriage, certificates of birth of one of children).
