in Regulations on Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

"-bears the personal responsibility for accomplishment of the tasks assigned to Social fund, also for rejection of measures for creation of internal system of the prevention of corruption;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
