- generalizes and analyzes the depersonalized data for the purpose of development of state policy in the field of the public and municipal service;

- provides the consent of the subject of personal data to their processing according to article 9 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About information of personal nature";

- is holder of arrays of the personal data processed in AIS "e-Kyzmat".
