About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for assignment and change of personal identification number" of April 17, 2025 No. 207
For the purpose of ensuring integrity of the state identification system, stable work of the automated state and commercial information systems, elimination of the normative and technical collisions which arose in connection with use of identical values of the first categories in structure of the personal identification number (PIN) and the tax ID number (TIN) according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for assignment and change of personal identification number" of April 17, 2025 No. 207 the following changes:
according to the procedure of assignment and change of personal identification number, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- to state paragraph two of Item 3 in the following edition:
"П - floor (for citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic: 1 - the woman, 2 - the man);";
- add with the paragraph the seventh the following content:
"4 - distinctive sign of the personal identification numbers assigned to foreign citizens and stateless persons;".
2. To provide to the ministry of digital development and innovative technologies of the Kyrgyz Republic and public institution Kyzmat under Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic entering of corresponding changes into the automated information systems.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since July 1, 2025.
