I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 31, 2023 No. 322 "About approval of Rules of crediting of projects in the field of agro-industrial complex" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 33364) the following changes and amendments:

1) for 10 (ten) years at the remuneration rate 1 (one) annual interest rate;

2) purpose of budget credit – projects implementation in the field of the AIC directed to creation new or expansion acting:

milk and commodity farms (capacity from 400 to 1500 heads);

poultry farms of the meat direction (from 5000 tons of fowl a year);

the companies of meat livestock production (from 5000 heads);

feedlots (from 5000 heads);

the meat-processing companies (capacity from 8 conditional heads an hour);

cattle markets with a capacity from 10000 heads of farm animals;

vegetable storehouses (from 1000 tons);
