1. 3) tank cars for transportation: phosphoric raw materials, powdery loads, acids, molten sulfur; treacle; wine materials; heptyl; amyl; acetic acid; agricultural chemicals; alkylbenzene sulphonic acids; melange; milk; polyvinylchloride; kaploraktama; superphosphoric acid; sulphanole; edible oil; carbon dioxide;

4) cars of dumpkar;

5) cars of transporters;

6) goods wagons concerning which works on prolongation of service life by upgrade of railway rolling stock are performed;

7) cars of pure car carriers (grid).".

2. To provide to committee of rail and water transport of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
